About Us

Building your dream house should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience and Vision Homes' primary objective is to make this so.

We manage the entire residential process from land procurements, site layouts and design, provision of site services, marketing and sales and the construction of the dwelling unit. The person who makes the sale hands the keys over to the client on completion. Close liaison with the customer during this period ensures that all promises made at the time of conclusion of sale are delivered during the construction process, which is closely supervised by Vision Homes site managers.

We are attentive to each customer's needs & fulfil these within each individual's financial ability. Management and staff are constantly available, ensuring there is always a Vision Homes person on hand to advise and assist with anything from design changes to choosing finishes.

The financial aspects of the contract are kept up to date continuously and changes to the contract are not implemented without the financial implications having been agreed upon, to eliminate a budget over-run shock on completion.

We supply a step-by-step manual to every client for timeous decision and we encourage our clients to take an active role in the building process. This inevitably gives the client a greater sense of ownership and satisfaction with the final product.

The strength of the company lies directly in the calibre of its people. The dedication of employees, many of whom have been with Vision Homes since it’s formation, is a vital element in its success. Undoubtedly the Vision Homes experience has proved to be a positive one with more than 2000 homes being delivered to satisfied customers.

Management History:

Although Vision Homes began business in 1992, following Time Holdings' decision to withdraw from the residential market, its management experience and competence date back to 1972, covering industrial and commercial property development as well as residential projects. The directors are involved in the day to day activities of the company which gives Vision Homes the flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic market.
